O descriere a unui client. Este vorba despre un client din India, care a venit sa lucreze in Romania. L-am ajutat cu masina. Este drept ca mi-a fost putin greu sa inteleg ce este important in cultura indiana, dar pana la urma am percutat. Iata ce a scris

“Am avut oportunitatea sa am de-a face cu Dan atat cand la cumpararea cat si la vanzarea masinii, in Bucuresti, Romania. In timpul interactiunii noastre am vazut ca Dan este intotdeauna foarte onest in evaluarile si in sfaturile lui cu privire la ce sa cumpar si ce sa nu cumpar, precum si un pret rezonabil de cumparare si de vanzare. Recomandarile si evaluarile lui privitoare la masina pe care chiar am cumparat-o si vandut-o au pus “punctul pe i”, atat in timpul cumpararii, cat si in timpul vanzarii.
